I can say I'm more confident now to go behind a bar. Everything you'll ever need to know. I've been to a different bartending school in Winnipeg, and it didn't give me the satisfaction and knowledge i was hoping for. I KNEW things but I didn't LEARN. Felt like it was just an introduction to the industry. Here at Evolution though, when I found out and read more about it, I got all the hype and felt very excited that there's another school in Winnipeg now to offer a bartending class.
